From Miami International Airport (SR-836 East)/I-95 Southbound
(estimated driving time: 15 minutes)

Follow the signs to SR-836 East.

From SR-836 (after the tollbooth), take the I-95 South exit...

Follow signs to 836 east to I-95 south (95 south is a right-hand exit off 836)

Take I-95 south to Exit Number 2A toward Biscayne Boulevard/Downtown.

OR From US-1 North

From US-1 North – merge onto I-95 North, to Exit Number 2A toward Biscayne Boulevard/Downtown . 

At the light, at the bottom of the exit ramp (keep in your left lane), proceed straight, cross the next light (tall office building will be on your left). To park, follow the perimeter road to the left around to the front of the building to the parking garage. 

The Wachovia Financial Center garage is the first entrance on the left. Enter the garage and park in a visitor's space. Before you get on the elevator, remember to note on your parking ticket the location of your car. Instead of self parking, or if no visitor's space is available, you may valet park at floors 5 and 13 of the garage.

From the garage elevator, press "l" for main lobby building. Take the overpass to the connecting building. Take the second bank of elevators to the 26th floor, Suite 2750

Parking/Travel Options (near to office building)

In the alternative, you may park in surrounding city meter parking (next to the Bayfront Metro-Mover rail station or next to Intercontinental Hotel).  Clients are also encouraged to utilize the Metrorail (Government Center or Brickell Stations) and Metro-Mover Bayfront Park Station) systems to travel to the building.
